Through Tennent’s unrivalled knowledge of the Scottish drinks industry, the online hub provides trade customers with a suite of functions designed to aid their business needs. The site includes: stock ordering, brand information, marketing support and materials, finance support, business advice, brands dispense guides, training information and industry news.
MyTennent’s gives customers access to Tennent’s Direct, the one-stop ordering portal with over 2500 brands listed, allowing licensees to place orders with 24/7 convenience, gaining online-only deals and retrieve previous order histories. Within the brand section of MyTennent’s, users will have access to key product information, artwork, logos and visuals for all of Tennent’s brands. Business advice offers a range of information to help customers manage and promote their business, including a yearly event planner and event services as well as advice on staff rotas, legislation and accounting. One unique function of MyTennent’s is the ability for operators to create and order bespoke outlet specific POS for the Tennent’s brands
MyTennent’s also houses a section on brands dispense including information on line cleaning and cellar management. The hub also provides an overview on the breadth of training available to publicans through the Tennent’s Training Academy, with dozens of accredited courses on offer to educate staff on all aspects of bar management; including service skills, health and safety, door management, wine pairing, kitchen prep and whisky tastings.
